The Museum is open from May 1 through October 31.  Hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday from 10 AM ‘till 4 PM; and Sundays 1-4 PM.

Please call ahead for groups over 10 people, so we are sure to have sufficient staff available.

We're happy to arrange private tours with advance notice.   Please call the museum and leave a message: (931) 967-3078.  Someone will get back to you to verify arrangements.

Visitor information

The Museum is open from May through October, Thursday through Saturday 10 AM ‘till 4 PM, Sundays 1-4 PM and Mondays 10 AM - 4 PM. Other times can be arranged in advance by calling the museum and leaving a message: (931) 967-3078.  Or you can call Maryann at Cowan Development (931) 967-1560.

Admission is free! Volunteers, new members and other donations are always welcome. The museum is recognized as an official railroad museum by the State of Tennessee, but sustains itself by gifts, dues and contributions. If you would like to help, just call the museum, or send an email to Mark Ledbetter to discuss however you might like to participate.
