Annual Membership Meeting & Elections

Place: Education Building of the Cowan Center for the
Arts, 303 Montgomery St, Cowan, TN
Elections will be held for 7 Board Members for the 2010
term.
Since a quarum is needed for Election of Officers, it is critical that you plan to be at the meeting. If you are unable to attend, please print
a Proxy, and either give it to another member to bring
to the meeting, or mail it to PO Box 53, Cowan, TN 37318.
If you are a current member or are considering becoming
a member, we urge you to attend this meeting.
Membership dues of $10 are payable January 1. Please be sure that membership dues are included with your proxy.
